About the Kirkhill, Broxburn Project
Completed in 2003, the development at Kirkhill includes five 4 bedroom detached family homes.
Although formerly disused workshops, the site has now been transformed and we even upgraded local pathways and access to the canal.
Using a restrained palette of materials the new homes are in scale with the existing adjacent houses but offer a brighter contemporary twist.
All homes included appliances, turfed gardens, electric garage doors and intruder alarms as standard. Not surprisingly all homes were sold before the first was even completed.
