About the Glenmavis Project
Glenmavis House was the home of John McNab from 1831. Here he established the Glenmavis Distillery which produced over 80,000 gallons of Glenmavis Dew pure malt whisky. The distillery closed in 1913 and Alliance Developments are creating new homes in a location which is steeped in local history. Now offering a different taste of Scotland, Alliance Developments have developed five new detached homes in the established grounds and remodelled the existing house into two unique conversions.
These are amongst the latest in a growing portfolio of homes in carefully considered locations by Alliance Developments.
Glenmavis at Bathgate combines a location which is less than a mile from Bathgate town centre with the open outlook of a rural setting.
