AD are currently looking for a small site to build four new eco-houses. These houses are designed for ordinary people on average incomes who want to live in a slightly more ecologically sound manner.
Designed to create a flexible home with a central light well, these homes will be extremely energy efficient. The 2-3 bedroom home includes a gallery level, ideal for home-working. Each home has been designed to include a ground level bedroom and bathroom to ensure they have lifetime flexibility designed in.
Total area is 80m2 and dependent on final site costs should cost 15-20% more than an equivalent mainstream house-builders box.
