About the Buchanan Gardens, Polmont Project
Completed in 2004, the development at Polmont includes a range of 3 and 4 bedroom family homes.
The site was formerly occupied by disused council garages, was an eyesore and a source of problems for the local community.
The transformation by Alliance has completed the local streetscape provided new affordable family homes and managed to retain the existing mature trees.
Located close to local schools and parkland the development is perfect for growing families. Through in the nearby train station and it's easy to see why these homes were so attractive.
